Really enjoyed living here! Kelsie, Matt, and Emy are amazing, always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. I also loved the amenities, especially the office building with plenty of space to study, work, hang out, or relax, plus a great gym and lounge. The parking garage is another huge plus since you can drive directly to your floor, which is super convenient compared to outdoor parking. The apartment itself feels very modern, with high-end appliances and smart controls. I also really loved the gas stove because it heats up fast and is great for cooking.

The building itself is beautiful, the apartments are nice, and the hallways were generally clean. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the management and overall experience. We moved out two months ago and still have not received the remaining portion of our $1,500 security deposit. More than $700 was deducted, including approximately $420 for carpet replacement. Before moving out, we specifically asked for an inspection, but were told they no longer do them and that we shouldn't worry because carpet cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment would be around $50.

It’s very unfortunate that I love this complex but my ac unit has gone out in arizonas hot summer weather, I have emailed, called emergency line for maintenance, and even put in multiple request through app. My apartment is 90+ and needs immediate assistance. Thank you.
