From the initial sales and explanation, to the installation and follow through, Mid Atlantic Geothermal was professional and great to work with. They made needing a new furnace a positive experience and we are looking forward to our first full winter of lower utility bills. Thank you to your entire team.
Doug and his service team at Mid-Atlantic Geothermal helped us out immensely this past winter. We came home from a weekend trip and discovered that a pipe within our unit was leaking, and we had no heat. They walked us through the repair process, got emergency heat working and helped uncover another issue with old faulty piping that was installed underground running into our home. Doug explained everything to us during each visit from his team and the entire repair was completed in a very timely manner.
