bad experience. Slow response from manager and packages got lost multiple times.
This is the best apartment I have stayed. I like the vibe here. Everything here is wonderful and the staffs Matt, Danni, and maintenance team are really responsive and nice. The location is good as well, near bus stations, Green line, and stop&shop, which makes the commuting and life convenient. Highly recommend this apartment!
I've been living at Arthaus for around one year now and have had a great experience. The amenities are excellent, and the building is kept clean and well maintained. The gym, study spaces, and common areas are all very convenient and make daily life much easier. I also really appreciate the resident events organized by the management team. They put effort into creating a welcoming community, and the events are always enjoyable. The staff has been responsive and accommodating whenever I've reached out!
