Alta Sloan's Lake

The leasing agent lied to me in an email about specific rental terms, then kept my application fee after I cancelled. This property is managed by Greystar which has been involved in state and federal lawsuits for price fixing and junk fees. Don't support corporate garbage like this, and know that the leasing team here is even worse than normal.

Edit: I still give it a 5 star and I've been here now for 2 years. The staff here are wonderful. The building is well taken care of and I couldn't have asked for a better home. Unfortunately, I do have to leave but definitely will remember this place as one that is on the top of my list of best places ever lived. Thank you Alta Sloan's Lake staff. I have lived here about 7 months. The staff are friendly, professional and easy to talk to about any concerns. Any maintenance requests have been filled quickly and the maintenance team are excellent. No apartment complex is perfect.

Jillian & the whole staff is amazing, place is always clean, I can never hear my neighbors, great pool and workout rooms and rooftop. 10/10
