Alley 111 Apartments

I lived at Alley 111 for almost two years, and one of the people who really made my experience there a positive one was Jitka. From the time I moved in through my move-out, she was consistently thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly reliable. She was very thorough walking me through everything when I first moved in, and anytime I needed help over the years—from questions about my apartment to navigating things with my pet—I always felt comfortable reaching out to her because I knew she would be on top of it and communicate clearly.

The maintenance team here just doesn’t care about your living conditions. We went 5 days hand washing dishes when dishwasher is clotted and it’s still counting. We also had 2 days with no bathroom lights before. If you are paying luxury apartments prices this part of the experience is really nothing close to luxury. The other apartments I stayed in the past 4 years in this area have day 2 turn around. Please improve

Had a really great experience with the team at Alley 111. I was trying to get everything sorted out on a pretty tight timeline, and they were incredibly helpful in getting things turned around quickly. Michael and Jitka were consistently responsive, prompt, and friendly throughout the whole process. I know they were extremely busy at the time too, so I was impressed by how much attention they gave me and how quickly they kept everything moving. Really appreciated the communication and how easy they made the whole process!
