⭐ **1/5 – Disappointing Management, Unreasonable Charges, and Poor Resident Experience** My experience with Alight has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to management's handling of maintenance issues, additional charges, and communication with residents. We were charged for damage to a shared washing machine after a roommate submitted a maintenance request. Management claimed the damage was resident-caused but admitted they could not determine who was responsible. Instead of addressing individual responsibility, they charged everyone in the apartment.
