Update: The theme continues: cheap ownership. They replaced the great property manager and with someone cheaper (for that reason). They continue to increase rent and offer discounts to new tenants but deny anything to existing tenants. Yes, my plumbing has been a problem from day one and has never been fully resolved (I baby it so I have to unclog toilets less often. Although I still find warm water coming from cold bathroom faucets a strange experience). Yes, my HVAC has had issues (ongoing), and it has taken about a week per ticket to get a response or check-in about it.

I was visiting a friend who lived there. I was not impressed with the layout of the Townhomes. Very generic and not a very warm neighborly feeling when you drive through.

Beautiful townhomes! Love the fenced in yards and privacy.
