⭐ 1/5 — Charged for Alleged Pet Damage Despite Never Having a Pet We were tenants here for 2.5 years. Always paid on time, never gave anyone any problems, we were great tenants. After moving out of Avenues Walk, we were charged $487.98 for carpet replacement due to alleged pet-related damage beneath the carpet. We never had a pet in the home…. This is especially concerning because, when we signed our lease, we were told we were the first residents of the newly built home.
I just want to thank Jasmine and the other representatives plus the maintenance team - they are fabulous!! Everything went well with moving and I feel comfortable at Avenues!! Thank you again you all rock!!! I will definitely refer them!! 💯
Jasmine in the front office was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Her knowledge of the property and the surrounding area made it easy for us to make this our choice for our family. Moving from a new city, she made the application and approval process easy from beginning to end. The property is absolutely amazing and everything that we wanted in a new home, the amenities are top-tier and we absolutely love it here!
