Has been absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. Have been calling for two weeks straight and no answers or call backs. Have sent emails, messages via the website and even reached out through their emergency line without any kind of response. Be wary if you plan to move in here.

Vacation. Look like hotels

Be very careful of the 1 month free offer. It's a bait and switch. We were offered a 1 month free on a unit and moved in, we were told prior to signing the lease (which we were pressured to sign quickly) that once we paid the security deposit and first month, the second month would be free. Given we did not have ample time to read the lease carefully, the free month was not mentioned in the lease. When the first month came (which we were under the impression was free) we started being harassed about paying the rent.
